A two-day programme consisting of three open water training dives from a selection of choices on which your PADI instructor will advise. The three dives will also count towards your PADI continuing education programme.

Consisting of five open water training dives. Navigation dive and deep dive, known as core dives, plus three elective dives from a selection of nine speciality choices on which your PADI instructor will advise.

Designed to familiarise divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards for various special interest areas in scuba diving. All courses require a minimum certification of Open Water Diver before commencement.

A classroom only course covering comprehensive instruction in first aid techniques.

Designed to give Advanced Open Water divers more confidence by way of open water diving and theory sessions in rescue skills, life saving techniques, accident management and accident avoidance.

The first step in becoming a diving professional with water skills and diving theory being developed to instructor level. Aquaventure offers an attractive internship option for this course.

Provides Divemasters with additional training as instructional assistants.

In order to dive on Malta you must produce evidence of your dive qualification and complete a standard medical questionnaire indicating that you have no medical problems.   If you do indicate a medical condition then you will be required to consult with a doctor prior to participating unless a doctor’s statement is presented to the dive base stating you are fit to take part in underwater swimming activities including the use of compressed air breathing apparatus. 

Should a sport dive medical be required this is available from an Aquaventure approved doctor at a cost of approx. 15.00 euro.
